Hi! We are from Jefferson Primary School. We live in Huntington, Long Island N.Y. in the U.S.A. We learned that countries farther north from the equator have more sunlight than countries south of the equator. This time of year the countries in the Northern Hemisphere are in the season of summer and the countries in the Southern Hemisphere are in the season of winter. Our average temperature in Huntington is 20 degrees Celsius and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. We know script, addition and subtraction. We use standard and metric units when measuring. We know area and perimeter. We have enjoyed learning about other schools from around the world.
