Global Sun Temperature Project May 2002 - FINAL REPORTS |
| Tashkent
International School (5th Grade), Tashkent, Uzbekistan Subject: Science We learned as schools get farther away from the equator, it gets colder. We also learned that most schools that did the experiment were north of the equator. Sometimes the latitude was the same but the temperature was different. We learned that schools on the other side of the world with the same latitude sometimes had the same temperature as us, and sometimes different. We learned that the farther north the schools are, the more hours of sunlight they get. We liked this project, but it was quite hard making the graph. We enjoyed taking the temperature outside everyday. We liked to hear from other schools. We had a lot of fun doing this project. E-mail: karrie@tis.uz |
